This mastermind service is non-refundable and the contract is for a year. However if after 60 days, the client after having done the work and can show proof of such work, feels that it is not meeting their needs, the balance can be redeemed for personal strategy sessions or private coaching sessions or upcoming mastermind retreat (tuition only (not room and board) commensurate with the amount remaining.

Ekene Ajene Onu, is a case study of reinvention. She was a pharmacist for almost 20 years and decided to step into the world of executive coaching and developing human capital so she got certified as a social and emotional intelligence coach, studied Organizational and change leadership at Georgetown university and is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training from Cornell University.
Ekene is a sought after executive coach who has worked with organizations like Eli Lilly, Bank of America, AT&T and even internationally with organizations like Union Bank, Graca Machel trust and more, she has been featured in magazines like Forbes and on TV and radio internationally.
